We all end up here one day. Standing at the proverbial crossroads of our lives.

Most of us arrive at the crossroads on autopilot, waking up one day and wondering who we are and what we are doing with our lives. We know we are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, and unfulfilled yet we are stuck and unsure how to reclaim our lives. Then there are those of us who are pushed to the crossroads due to unexpected life changes or significant loss that we had not asked for or wanted. For one reason or another, we will all find ourselves standing at life's crossroads, often multiple times throughout our lifetime. Let me walk beside you as a companion, providing a safe and compassionate space for you to embark on a transformative path towards authenticity, healing, and a more fulfilling existence.

About Dr. Cherie

My journey in the field began with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, at LaSalle University in 1997. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the same institution in 2003.  As an experienced clinician with over 25 years in a variety of therapeutic settings for adolescents and adults including outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs, I feel honored to have walked alongside so many wonderful clients.

Prior to opening ONE Therapy and Wellness, I had worked as a clinical director at a large group practice managing the clinical operations and oversight of more than 30 clinicians. After several years at this practice, I found myself, again, at the “crossroads” in my life.  Feeling burned out and disloyal to my own dreams, I could no longer push aside the deafening call to live authentically and chose to pursue my dream of opening my own private practice.

My profound dedication lies in guiding individuals towards rediscovering their authentic selves and embracing their life's purpose even in the face of significant loss. Honoring my commitment to lead a more balanced life, I have deliberately opted to maintain a small private practice, ensuring my client’s receive the undivided attention and care they deserve.
